Director
As a consultant, Michael has advised private sector entities and worked with Senior Management in both a State and Local Government context.
Following his career as a professional accountant working in the ‘Big 4’, Michael spent five years working as a Chief Operating Officer in the legal industry where he honed a broad range of management skills leading a team of lawyers and administration staff. Michael is also a former owner of an IT start-up company which helped entities close the feedback loop between employers and employees through regular micro surveys.
His broad range of experiences and skills are now being applied in a management consulting context with a focus on the local government and professional services sectors.
Michael has also spent time as a Director of an Adelaide based Foundation which runs Projects for disadvantaged children both locally and abroad.
Michael is problem solver who builds personal relationships with clients. Strong communication skills and a sense of urgency and helpfulness are the key personal attributes that underpin Michael’s philosophy as a consultant.
